SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS). We will process your order within 4 days of order, excluding weekends and holidays. Choose a shipping option at checkout and your item(s) will be shipped accordingly. If time is an issue, please upgrade to Priority or Express Priority Mail. If you have questions about timing please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you. We are not responsible for carrier delays, postal holidays, or weather delays.
USPS First Class or UPS Ground
- $8 flat rate, does not include gift-wrapping (shipping internationally, Hawaii and Alaska not available at this time)
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Be aware, occasionally a carrier will mark a package as delivered before it's been physically dropped off at your location. Please check your front porch, side door and back door as well as with your neighbors before reporting a package as missing.
If your package still hasn’t turned up 3 days after the delivery date shown in your tracking information, please contact email@example.com with your order number and we will help you locate it.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your shipment so that we may authorize a return. Please note: sale items are not eligible for return.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received the items in their original condition, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
