Handmade by Japanese craftsman. There may be small differences in shape and glazing from cup to cup.
Measures approx. 4 1/2" diameter (both directions at the top rim) x 3.25" high w/ a 2" diameter base. Holds approx. 1 1/4 cups (300 ml).
Microwave and dishwasher safe.
Please note: Japanese pottery sometimes has a technique called "crazing," which intentionally adds hairline cracks to the shiny top coat of the glaze. Crazing is not a defect. The grey swirl has crazing.
Occasionally, there are drips and/or dark pin holes in the glaze. This is also common in Japanese pottery
