These handcrafted earrings are made from carved wood native to the Colombian forests called Chonta, which is carefully wrapped with a natural raffia-like dyed fiber called Werregue and gold-filled wire. Each pair has a slightly unique pattern and exhibits the beautiful contrast of the dark wood with the brightly colored dyed fiber. They add a subtle pop of color and are perfect for accessorizing day-to-day. The wooden earring is hung from a gold-plated ear wire.
These earrings are made by our artisan partners from the indigenous Wounaan tribe in Colombia.
