Golden Milk, Resealable Bag

If you've only had golden milk as a drink, you're missing out. Chef Meherwan created this blend based on the turmeric milk his family made in India (earthy, warming, and deeply satisfying), but it's way more versatile than tradition might suggest. Yes, it makes an incredible cup when simmered with milk (dairy or not) and sweetened just how you like it. But it's also a secret weapon in the kitchen: stir it into morning oatmeal, blend it into smoothies, fold it into no-churn ice cream, or shake it into a cocktail that'll make people ask for the recipe. 

To Brew for Two: In a saucepot, combine 2 cups of whole milk (or your choice of non-dairy alternative) & 2 tsp of Spicewalla Golden Milk blend.  Simmer until warmed, but not boiling (about 3 minutes).  Strain and sweeten to taste with honey or sugar.  Enjoy!  This 4.9 oz bag makes about 24 2-cup servings and comes in a resealable foil bag. 

Flavour Profile: Turmeric's earthiness is mellowed by sweet cinnamon and nutmeg, brightened by ginger's warmth, and grounded by the toasted depth of roasted coriander.  It's wellness you can actually taste, and it's delicious!
