I saw an item I love on your website/Instagram/Facebook but I can't find it online. Can I still order it?

Yes! We are working to add more products to our site but in the meantime, we are happy to ship any item from our shops. Just send us an email to wendy@indiodurham.com or call us at 919-797-0456 and we'll take care of it!


Does Indio allow returns?

Items bought in our brick and mortar are eligible for exchange for 21 days after purchase. Please bring the item in unused condition back to the shop with receipt. Please note: sale items are not eligible for return.
 

Can I buy someone a gift certificate?

Yes! Gift certificates are available in store and online. Gift certificates never expire and make great gifts. Come into our brick and mortar or call us during business hours at 919-797-0456.


This is a gift - can you gift wrap it?

At Indio we love when people give gifts and we want to make it easy to do. In-store and online we charge $3 per item for gift-wrap. Online simply purchase as many “Gift-Wrap Service” as you want items wrapped. In the “additional comments” section of Checkout you can tell us which items you want gift-wrapped.  

Do you ship outside the US?

We do not currently ship internationally.


How do I return my purchase I bought online?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please notify us via email at wendy@indiodurham.com within 14 days of receiving your shipment so that we may authorize a return. Please note: sale items are not eligible for return.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received the items in their original condition, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
